    2. Time:                   Check-in 9:30am
                                  Challenge Begins: 10am
                                  BBQ Begins:  11am
    
    3. Location:              UrbanBody Gym, 3148 University Ave, San Diego CA
    4. Participation:         The Challenge and the BBQ are FREE to all UrbanBody Gym members and your guests.

    5.Getting Started:     Simply submit the online form below. UrbanBody Trainers are ready to work with
                                 you to prepare for the event and perfect your strongman techniques.   
 
    6.  Weight Classes:    Women: all weight
                                  Lightweight Men: <=180lbs
                                  Heavyweight Men: >180lbs

    7. Events:

   Farmer’s Carry -  Best time for 3 consecutive carries.  
                            Distance = 80 ft each.
