Fundamentals is your introduction to working out. You will learn the basics of functional training, how to perform exercises, how to warm up and cool down and how to structure your own workouts.

HIGH - High Intensity Group Health
HIGH is Personal Coaching in small groups up to 12. HIGH functional training workouts are designed so that you can enjoy a personal coach every single time you work out.
HIGH is a complete workout - a dynamic warmup, a series of quick-paced and effective exercises, finishing with a cool down and stretch. The workouts are full-body and high intensity - you will sweat and you will see results!
