American Muscle Group will take you “back in the day” to when weights smelled like metal and a little sweat on the floor didn’t freak you out. The forefathers of this sport passed their gift on to us and we will pass it on to you the way they meant it to be in this traditional weight-lifting club. Get ready to lift weights and build some muscle! AMG meets on the gym floor for two hours of old school, hardcore weight training. Club Memberships and drop-in rates are available for an additional charge. Club Membership includes a limited edition AMG Group t-shirt plus ½ price shakes at the Juice Bar on workout days. AMG is suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners to advanced.
