Signature Classes
UrbanBody's Signature Classes are free to all members. Workouts are guided by UrbanBody Certified Personal Trainers.
UrbanBody Signature Classes are your introduction to working out. UrbanBody Trainers lead you through a complete functional training workout - a dynamic warmup, a series of quick-paced and effective exercises, finishing with a cool down and stretch. You will tone and strengthen your entire body for every day life activities. The workouts are full-body and high intensity - you will sweat and you will see results!

UrbanBody's Original Workout covers all of the essential elements of general conditioning, strength training, cardiovascular health, stretching and nutrition - customized just for you! An UrbanBody Certified Personal Trainer will design an exercise program for you which is realistic and achievable and fun. We have developed programs to help you make changes and keep the positive changes in your life for life.

Express Training is affordable and efficient on--one Personal Training designed to fit into your life. An UrbanBody Certified Personal Trainer will design an exercise program personalized to your goals, your ability level and any mobility or injury related issues that you may have.

Semi-Private Personal Coaching allows you a personalized workout with your Trainer, combined with the energy of others who share similar goals. Small groups of 2-6.

Step out of the classroom and into the gym.... Evolve your workouts with group-style resistance training. You will learn to use all of the equipment available on the gym floor to take your workouts to the next level. “Project Poolside” is a full-body circuit training class. This high rep, high intensity workout is designed to push your body from your head down to your toes. The exercises combine resistance training with body weight movements to hit all the areas you know you should work on, but don’t! Glutes to abs, chest to back, legs to arms - nothing will be left out and everything will be wet with sweat! Grab your towel and get your body poolside ready.
