in all areas of fitness - weight training, cardio health, core conditioning, boxing, yoga, Pilates, sports-specific training, cross-training and nutrition. UB's Team of Trainers will design an exercise and nutrition program for you which is realistic and achievable and fun. We will educate you and make you want more fitness for yourself by helping you make changes fast and easy. Signature Classes
UrbanBody's Signature Classes are free to all members. Workouts are guided by UrbanBody Certified Personal Trainers. 

UrbanBody Signature Classes are your introduction to working out. UrbanBody Trainers lead you through a complete functional training workout  - a dynamic warmup, a series of quick-paced and effective exercises, finishing with a cool down and stretch. You will tone and strengthen your entire body for every day life activities. The workouts are full-body and high intensity - you will sweat and you will see results!

UrbanBody's Original Workout covers all of the essential elements of general conditioning, strength training, cardiovascular health, stretching and nutrition - customized just for you! An UrbanBody Certified Personal Trainer will design an exercise program for you which is realistic and achievable and fun. We have developed programs to help you make changes and keep the positive changes in your life for life.

Coaching
Semi-Private Personal Coaching allows you a personalized workout with your Trainer, combined with the energy of others who share similar goals. Small groups of 2-6.

Evolution
Step out of the classroom and into the gym.... Evolve your workouts with group-style resistance training. You will learn to use all of the equipment available on the gym floor to take your workouts to the next level. Evolution is a complete team workout seamlessly merging your individual fitness goals with positive group energy.

Project Poolside
Project Poolside
“Project Poolside” is a full-body circuit training class. This high rep, high intensity workout is designed to push your body from your head down to your toes. The exercises combine resistance training with body weight movements to hit all the areas you know you should work on, but don’t! Glutes to abs, chest to back, legs to arms - nothing will be left out and everything will be wet with sweat! Grab your towel and get your body poolside ready.

Iron Camp Group PhotoIron Camp
Iron Camp is a six-week accelerated boot camp. Iron Camp will introduce you to working out and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. This is a truly intensive commitment to change your body quickly.  Iron Camp is twelve 90-minute Team Training Sessions over six weeks. The functional training workouts are high intensity and challenging. Iron Camp is a highly personalized program designed to push you to your individual max. The program is personalized to your ability level and includes "before" and "after" fitness assessments.
