Iron Camp Mission Statement

This six week program was developed with the idea of complete fitness by a group of individuals who believe that through hard work and perseverance anything is possible.

Within Iron Camp, change in one’s body, diet, and drive is the final goal. To bring forth change it will take dedication, planning and goal setting in combination with a physical regimen provided by your Iron Camp Trainers.
