UB Iron Camp is a six-week intensive commitment to get in the best shape of your life. Twelve 90-minute Team Training Sessions and three Nutrition Sessions over six weeks. The total-body boot camp style workouts are high-intensity and challenging. Iron Camp is a highly personalized program including individual “before” and “after” assessments, goal setting and nutritional help throughout. Iron Camp is an Advanced Course with an additional charge. Pre-registration is required. |

The forefathers of this sport passed their gift on to us and we will pass it on to you the way they meant it to be in this traditional weight-lifting club. Get ready to lift weights and build some muscle! AMG meets on the gym floor for two hours of old school, hardcore weight training.
