American Muscle Group is a traditional weightlifting club. Membership fees apply. Drop-in rate available.

Body Blast
If your goal is to get toned, BodyBlast is the class for you! BodyBlast will strengthen and tone your entire body - combining floor exercises and body-weight exercises with hand weights, barbells, resistance bands and stability balls. Innovative exercises incorporate kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, core and abs. This full-body, high-intensity workout will increase your strength, build flexibility and increase endurance while raising the heart rate and burning calories - Elevate your workout to a new level!

SuperClass
SuperClass will get you in shape fast! This fun and innovative all-body workout takes the traditional up a notch with intense cardio bursts. This challenging class will burn fat, make your heart strong and build flexibility and endurance for top overall physical conditioning. SuperClass includes floor exercises using your own body weight, medicine balls, resistance bands and stability balls. Get ready to burn, build and challenge yourself!
Butts & Guts
Intense core conditioning! Butts & Guts will increase strength and tone your abs and your lower body. Build flexibility and get stronger using targeted exercises and incorporating dumbbells, barbells, plyometrics and stretching.Strengthen your abs, lower back, glutes and legs and increase your flexibility!

Abs
This is the secret to the six-pack! Abs is the perfect class to enhance your flexibility and strengthen the core areas of the body - your abdominal region and your lower back. Stretching exercises to warm up the muscles are followed by targeted exercises that strengthen and harden the ab muscles and stretch the major muscles in the butt and the legs. Build core strength, increase range of motion and flexibility!

KICKBOXING
Urban Power Kickboxing is a powerful total-body workout that will leave you energized and empowered. Kickboxing combines body-weight boot-camp movements with powerful self-defense work and flexibility training. This non-conventional workout will challenge both your body and your mind.
FLOW YOGA
Urban Power Flow Yoga will build flexibility, improve balance and posture, increase muscular tone and strength and leave you with increased feelings of well-being, confidence and calm. Urban Power Flow Yoga is athletic and challenging - this class will keep you moving and energize you!

LUNCHTIME BOOT CAMP
The most sweat-tearing, bone-chilling way to spend your lunch hour! Urban Power Boot Camp takes traditional boot camp to the next level with innovative exercises using unique tools for resistance - like rolling a monster truck tire down the street! High-energy interval training gives you an intense cardio workout that will build strength and stamina. Motivation included!

Iron Camp - A Complete Solution!

UB Iron Camp is a six-week intensive commitment to get in the best shape of your life. Twelve 90-minute Team Training Sessions and three Nutrition Sessions over six weeks. The total-body boot camp style workouts are high-intensity and challenging. Iron Camp is a highly personalized program including individual “before” and “after” assessments, goal setting and nutritional help throughout. Iron Camp is an Advanced Course with an additional charge. Pre-registration is required.

Evolution, a Semi-Private Personal Training Class

Step out of the class room and into the gym...Evolve your workouts with group- style resistance training. You will learn to use all of the equipment available on the gym floor to take your workouts to the next level. Evolution is a complete team workout seamlessly merging your individual fitness goals with positive group energy. Evolution is a Semi-Private Personal Training Class with an additional charge.

American Muscle Group Weightlifting Club

American Muscle Group will take you “back in the day” to when weights smelled like metal and a little sweat on the floor didn’t freak you out. The forefathers of this sport passed their gift on to us and we will pass it on to you the way they meant it to be in this traditional weight-lifting club. Get ready to lift weights and build some muscle! AMG meets on the gym floor for two hours of old school, hardcore weight training. Club Memberships and drop-in rates are available for an additional charge. Club Membership includes a limited edition AMG Group t-shirt plus ½ price shakes at the Juice Bar on workout days. AMG is suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners to advanced.
